The whole process of ordering and picking up was great. The website is laid out well, and the photos of the products are really good and for the ones that I bought - they matched exactly to the photo. Both cakes (Choc Mud Cake and Lemon Baked Cheesecake) were phenomenal and were a huge hit at the party we went to. I will 100% be ordering cakes from here again, I am just looking for an excuse to buy some more now!

You guys are AMAZING! the cake with the personalised plaque looked brilliant and you delivered on time (as always) and also provided the balloons in the colours I needed. It was the perfect end to my 30 year High School Reunion. EVERYONE asked me where I bought the cake from and without hesitation forwarded them ALL (30 people) your details and without a second thought simply said "Been using Cakes2U for YEARS and cannot fault their cakes or service - you will go no-where else once you try their quality of cakes and experience their reliable service" and I mean every word of it.

Customer service was great, very helpful and informative, delivery was great too and the cheesecake, cupcakes and orange and almond cakes were a hit, especially the cheesecake. Will definitely order from Cakes2U again.

Loved it - cake tasted good and putting the photo on was so thoughtful to pipe around it! Other places I've gone to just slap the photo on - so I noticed the care in this one.
