Customer Service was awesome from my first phone call to see if I was too late!! The lovely lady was so helpful, everything she told me would happen, actually happened. Even down to the personal touch of the emoji on the text message. Usually the cake is the hardest thing about having a party, this was actually the easiest. Another great thing is the cake was exactly what was represented on the website - my expectation was delightfully exceeded. I will be using Cakes 2 U, on every birthday now - it made the kids birthday parties FUN again!!!
