The customer service was great and very helpful staff. The cupcakes arrived promptly and looked great individually packed. They tasted amazing, everyone loved them. Reasonably priced compared to other companies.

From placing the order to the delivery alert - everything was fantastic. I bake everyone's birthday cakes but treat myself to a cake made by someone else. This was a first for me but I will certainly order again. The white mud cake was really really good. Thanks for making my day!

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service of cakes2u and the quality of the cakes and balloons. I received a call after placing my order online and the whole process was smooth and thoughtful. Even the delivery person made sure the delivery was contactless but he made sure we received the items by staying in his van to check and acknowledged us. The cake was oh so fluffy, the cake i have been looking for in Sydney and my goodness it was delicious! π I highly recommend cakes2u to my family and friends.

Very good, loved the helium balloons. Arrived nice and early in the time. Appreciated the fact that I only put the order in a few days before and it was able to happen. Would definitely recommend and order again.
