I received an immediate call from Steph confirming my order and ensuring that there are no hiccups with next day delivery. I also received a text from the delivery person on the day and was able to hand over the cake with no fuss - Excellent Customer Service!

Excellent, the diver messaged me when he was 10 minutes away. He arrived on time and was very safe with the delivery. The cupcakes were well presented and delicious

Even though I put in the address wrong (because I'm not a Local) and wasn't able to respond to emails, Cakes2U went out of their way to contact the recipient instead of cancelling the order. I'd say that's excellent quality service going above and beyond
