The cake was delivered on time, even with the delivery location being in a busy location in Sydney CBD. The engagement from the Head Office team was excellent and the team reached out early about potential hiccups with required delivery time (delivery went smoothly on the day). The delivery team was excellent and called as per the stated instructions to confirm that the cake had arrived.

Everything was outstanding, from the order process to the delivery, Simon and all the Team were very helpful with all the process.
The cake looked amazing, outside and inside too! My daughter was very pleased and her friends said that it was the best cake ever!
It tasted very good! Just the white piped cream around the cake was a bit too sweet.
Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday even more special.

Very good customer service. After the order, the staff called and checked for the convenient location to deliver. Their cakes are also very delicious and everyone loves the cake.
