The customer service is outstanding! I needed a delivery on a very particular day and time as I was planning to take the cake to a rural area where no cake stores were around and very thankful to the team for making this happen! I spoke to Lauren on the phone and she was very accommodating! I usually use Cakes2U for work purposes and this was my first personal order however will continue to use Cakes2U for everything! thank you again team!
